Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager at ICF Next is responsible for driving client engagement and managing financial and technical proposals under the guidance of an Account Director. This role requires up to 6 years of experience in communications and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Key responsibilities include developing strategic client engagement plans, overseeing financial and operational management of accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts, and providing insights to enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 6 years of experience in communications, preferably within EU institutions
- Master’s degree in communication, political science, marketing, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of communication areas including media relations, social media, creative concept development, event management, and production
- Experience in financial management, budget preparation, and subcontractor management
- Extensive project management experience, from inception to closure and reporting
- Excellent client-facing skills with strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Commercially driven, proactive, and eager to stay up to date with communication trends
- A collaborative team player with leadership qualities and motivational skills
- Proficient in English and French
