Job Summary
Senior Account Manager to inherit an established client portfolio and act as strategic advisor to clients within a Microsoft-focused MSP. Responsibilities include managing and growing a base of existing managed service customers, developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities across Hybrid Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Data, AI, and Applications, driving growth through consultative account planning, leading QBRs and strategic planning discussions, coordinating with technical/pre-sales teams to deliver outcomes, and generating revenue via cross-sell/upsell while maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting. The role emphasizes existing client engagements, a hybrid work model (office presence averaged across two days per week with remaining client-focused activities), and a portfolio that supports Microsoft technologies and related services.
