Senior Account Manager - HVAC Service and Solutions

Work in assigned territory partnering with Direct Owners, Independent Manufacturers Representatives, and Service Center Managers to meet sales goals through existing customer development and prospecting. Compile prospective customer lists from installed equipment databases and industry sources, then travel daily to call on clients, solicit orders, build relationships, and follow up on concerns. Prepare cost estimates, price quotations, and sales contracts while verifying credit terms, and conduct surveys on competitive products to inform product alterations or new developments. Identify tools like energy rebates and ROI calculators to assist sales efforts, plan complex project deliveries with vendors and contractors, and mentor less experienced staff.
