Job Summary

Senior Account Manager for Home & Garden on Debenhams Marketplace team. You will join a growing account management function focused on improving partner performance by driving adoption of seller-focused tools and services, supporting new and existing sellers from launch to success, and coordinating cross-functional seller growth projects. You’ll diagnose business levers to grow partner and marketplace turnover, implement scalable processes in daily operations, monitor seller KPIs, build strategic partnerships with key brands, transition sellers from launch to 90-day joint success plans, and mentor the team. The role requires experience in account/brand management, familiarity with marketplaces or ecommerce, strong commercial/analytical skills, stakeholder influence at senior levels, and team leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Experienced account/ brand management professional with previous exposure to marketplaces (ideal) or buying and category management in ecommerce or consulting background
  • Can-do entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, and thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with history of establishing key partnerships and influencing at senior stakeholder level
  • Team management experience
  • Ideally 5-7 years experience in key account/ brand management
  • Ideally experience in the Home and Garden category
