Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for the French market at Yousign/Youtrust, responsible for expanding and closing deals within an existing client portfolio, driving monthly recurring revenue growth, leading contract negotiations, and coordinating with Customer Success on renewals. The role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales/account management (5-7+ years), experience selling to mid-market organizations, strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, and fluency in French and English. Must adeptly identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive revenue expansion while maintaining long-term client partnerships. Hybrid work policy allows remote work within Spain/Europe as outlined in the company's policy; travel and collaboration across France and Spain are common, with a focus on achieving aggressive portfolio growth and renewal strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS account management or sales
- experience selling to mid-market / mid-sized organizations
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- fluency in French and English (additional European language a plus)
- experience with technical SaaS products, especially API-based solutions
- proven ability to identify expansion opportunities and close deals
- ability to manage multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
