Job Summary
Senior Field Sales Engineer / Account Manager responsible for strategic growth across defined regional customers and partners in Industrial and Military/aerospace markets. Own revenue, pipeline, and forecast; develop focused account plans and lead commercial negotiations. Requires cross-functional leadership to align internal resources, strong solution selling to connect ADI solutions to customer business needs, and the ability to influence customer direction. Must have strategic account management and market insight, with experience in technology-driven environments (semiconductor/electronics/industrial tech). Proficiency in German and English and willingness to travel within the region (min 50%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Several years of relevant experience in field sales, account management, technical sales
- Experience managing regional or strategic customer accounts in a technology-driven environment
- Semiconductor, electronics, or industrial technology background
- Proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel within the region as required (min 50%)
- Export licensing review considerations for roles with technical data (if applicable)
