Senior Account Manager - Enterprise

Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for Enterprise accounts responsible for owning a portfolio of highest-tier customers, leading renewal and growth, crafting CSPs with clear outcomes, and presenting ROI narratives to executives. Drive adoption, governance (EBRs/QBRs), risk management, and expansion through upsell/cross-sell with cross-functional collaboration (Product, Delivery/Implementation, Support, Sales). Requires 3+ years in B2B SaaS account management or equivalent, experience with enterprise ACVs, value-based selling, structured account governance, MEDDPICC or similar methodologies, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work arrangement in London with two days per week in the Hoxton office; compensation includes base salary (£63k-£76k) plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Account Management / Customer Success in B2B SaaS (or a consultative commercial role)
- experience managing complex enterprise customers with senior stakeholders
- track record in renewals, retention, and growth through upsell/cross-sell
- strong value-based selling and storytelling skills with ROI narrative to executive sponsors
- experience running structured account governance (e.g., CSPs, QBRs/EBRs)
- ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Delivery/Implementation, Support, Sales) to deliver outcomes
- comfortable analyzing usage, outcomes, and financials to forecast risk and prioritize investments
- MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology familiarity
- clear, direct communication and ownership in fast-paced environments
- technical curiosity and ability to learn customer environments and product capabilities
