Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for owning end-to-end client relationships and acting as the primary strategic advisor. Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders, develop integrated marketing strategies across digital channels, identify new revenue opportunities, and mentor junior team members. Drive multi-workstream initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and quality, while maintaining governance and clear communication across internal teams. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to influence client outcomes through data-driven marketing results across Search, Programmatic Display, Social, and emerging channels.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of account management experience
- Experience across Search, Programmatic Display, Social, and emerging marketing channels
- Experience managing high-value accounts
- Experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives
- Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday) is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership experience with ability to influence across organizational levels
- Deep understanding of performance marketing ecosystem and emerging trends
- Proven track record of driving measurable business results
