Senior Account Manager - Complete Seat

Lead day-to-day sales functions for the BMW/Volvo Seating CKD and Service business as part of the Seating Sales Team. Responsible for driving commercial open items, creating/updating the program bump chart, and aligning pricing with LEAR Purchasing for all sourced component POs. Request and follow up on supplier PO updates, coordinate with Finance and the plant on customer POs, and report commercial status to the customer weekly. Manage the RFQ process for engineering changes, submit quotations based on aligned due dates, ensure profitability of engineering changes, and create/execute a program commercial roadmap to meet financial targets. Attend ECN meetings, report and recover any additional costs due to scope changes, and conduct regular visits to Lear Duncan (twice annually) for plant topics and customer visits.
