Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for Commercial Lines responsible for handling complex books of business, overseeing renewal processes, negotiating terms and pricing with underwriters, and mentoring team members. Duties include servicing client needs, reviewing quotes for accuracy, generating client policy summaries and binders, maintaining electronic records, and collaborating with underwriters to achieve positive outcomes. Requires strong customer service, communication, data-entry, and organizational skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and EPIC Agency Management System; ability to lead and train other team members; minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent; P&C Insurance Producer License required; six or more years of insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in account management preferred; construction experience preferred
