Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for 15+ active monthly client accounts, managing relationships across professional services and home services sectors. Lead digital marketing strategy discussions covering SEO, PPC, websites, and AI-driven visibility while coordinating with internal teams to execute client initiatives. Present campaign performance, insights, and results to clients, educating them on available services and identifying opportunities for account growth through upselling. Build trust through proactive communication and exceptional client service in a fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience managing local, regional, or national accounts
- Experience working with at least one of the following industries: Professional Services (Legal, Accounting, Mortgage) or Home Services (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Restoration)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including: SEO, PPC, Websites
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools and their role in improving online visibility
- Experience managing website-related client projects
- Comfortable managing 15+ active client accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong collaboration skills and sound judgment regarding when to involve subject-matter experts
- Willingness to grow into leading strategic marketing conversations with internal support
