Job Summary
Manage captive insurance portfolios by liaising with brokers, monitoring exposures, and obtaining regulatory and board approvals for business plan changes and underwriting decisions. Prepare and review financial statements, manage cash requirements, oversee reserving methodologies, and ensure adherence to accounting practices and corporate governance. Coordinate board meetings, produce minutes, and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and service providers while leveraging AI-enabled tools to support analysis and improve service delivery. This role operates within the Client Service Team, requiring strong analytical skills and demonstrated AI literacy to validate outputs and drive process improvements.
