Job Summary
Senior Account Manager – Business Development to manage key accounts, generate new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, understand client needs and propose customized tech and digital marketing solutions, deliver presentations and negotiate contracts, achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, delivery, operations) for seamless project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
