Job Summary

Senior Account Manager, Broker Success at Realtor.com is responsible for owning a premier book of high-value broker accounts, acting as a data-driven consultant to maximize product adoption, renewal rates, and revenue. You will onboard and coach account stakeholders, educate on product configurations and best practices, resolve inquiries, escalate issues cross-functionally, and contribute to strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, leading and mentoring other Account Managers, leveraging enterprise systems such as Salesforce and broker dashboards, and driving outcomes through data-informed recommendations for renewals and expansions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience managing enterprise-level relationships
  • Real estate experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong influencer and people leader
