Job Summary
Senior Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients, serving as primary client contact, coordinating with operations teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and profitably, and driving revenue growth through enhancement sales and retention. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, conducting property inspections, coordinating with production teams, identifying enhancement opportunities, developing proposals, monitoring service quality, and contributing to branch profitability and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in commercial landscape account management or maintenance operations
- Proven experience managing commercial landscape portfolios valued between $750K and $2M
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of landscape maintenance operations and horticulture practices
- Experience identifying and selling landscape enhancements or property improvements
- Ability to manage multiple properties while maintaining service quality
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the territory
