Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for owning and growing a defined portfolio of accounts across the ME region, driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction. Essential responsibilities include executing sales goals, managing a renewable account base, negotiating contracts, and developing a robust pipeline. Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, a strong track record of managing enterprise accounts, and exceptional communication skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build relationships within client organizations are crucial for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B consultative sales selling enterprise Saas or large software solutions to large organizations
- Demonstrated success managing and growing multinational enterprise accounts to C-Suite
- Proven ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximize account potential
- Drive enterprise sales
- Strong track record of pipeline generation and closing new business
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex or technical concepts in simple, commercial language with clear commercial impact and ROI
- High energy, proactive and resilient attitude with a clear desire to build a long-term career
- Ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders across multi-functional teams
- Arabic language skills - MANDATORY
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling business intelligence, market data, insights or subscription-based products
- Experience in Trade Finance, Shipping, Commodities or Government sectors
- Experience managing or responding to tenders/RFPs
- Salesforce proficiency and strong Excel capability
