Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsibilities include driving long-term customer success and revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience across the entire sales cycle and beyond in Lingoda's Corporate team. Tasks encompass building, developing, and maintaining strategic customer relationships; identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling & cross-selling); owning and managing the full sales cycle from needs assessment to deal closure; collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop tailored customer solutions; ensuring efficient, transparent, and customer-centric communication throughout the customer journey; proactively identifying risks and managing challenges within customer relationships; maintaining and leveraging CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecast, and customer activities; and contributing to the continuous optimization of sales processes and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales or similar role
- Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred)
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across written, verbal, and digital channels
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline and customer management
