Job Summary
Manage ongoing client performance for independent agency partners, ensuring campaigns align with goals and proactively solving challenges to drive retention and expansion. Foster consultative relationships by deeply understanding product offerings, building strategies to exceed KPIs, and collaborating with Sales, AdOps, and Product teams for seamless execution. Serve as a key point of contact for escalations, representing the customer voice internally to refine products while staying current on AdTech and measurement trends. This role requires 5+ years of experience in AdTech account management, with a preference for agency holding companies like WPP and Dentsu. Based in New York with hybrid flexibility, the position offers a base salary of $95,000 to $115,000 plus 30% commission and equity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within AdTech, programmatic media, or digital advertising, agency or vendor side
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients, drive account growth, and exceed performance expectations
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset
- Passionate about the digital advertising industry and excited to deliver measurable results for clients
Desired Qualifications
- Experience partnering directly with agency holding companies is heavily preferred, particularly WPP and Dentsu
- Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows; platform experience is a plus
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA to manage accounts and track performance
