Job Summary
Senior Account Manager role overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value production projects within the Production & Account Management team. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive on-time, on-budget execution, cost optimisation and governance while supporting regional priorities. Responsibilities include managing workflow across sourcing, supplier management, production timelines and quality control; translating commercial objectives into production solutions; maintaining governance, documentation and financial tracking; and driving client satisfaction. Requirements include 5+ years in print/POS/production management, strong budgeting and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in French and English. Role is hybrid with a client in Vevey, Switzerland, requiring weekly travel to the client site.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in print / POS / production management (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of marketing production and the sourcing value chain.
- Commercially aware and confident working with budgets and cost structures.
- Experience managing complex or high-value projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in French and English (additional market language beneficial depending on cluster).
