Senior Account Handler/Team Leader - Commercial & Schemes

Manage a portfolio of mid-corporate and corporate clients by overseeing complex commercial insurance programmes, renewals, and insurer negotiations. Provide technical guidance to a team of Account Handlers while driving operational excellence, workflow management, and continuous improvement. Support office growth initiatives through recruitment, team development, and mentorship of colleagues. Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to maintain exceptional service standards. This role combines technical client work with leading a team within Howden's growing Commercial Insurance team in Watford. Hybrid working is available.
