Job Summary
Senior Account Executive responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving media coverage and content creation across high-tech client programs, coaching junior team members, and contributing to agency marketing efforts. Responsibilities include media relations, content creation (press releases, pitches, briefing sheets, abstracts), client knowledge and relations, account management from kickoff to goal achievement, and collaboration on agency operations. Travel may be required; strong writing, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential and prior experience in PR/Marketing with mentoring is preferred. Location options include Boston, MA and Richmond, VA with hybrid remote arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Public Relations, Marketing, Communications experience, or related industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English or related area of study
- Superb organizational, project and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to write clearly and concisely
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and team members
- Passion for creating excellent high-quality deliverables
- Strong spirit of collaboration, highly self-motivated and results-driven with a can-do attitude
- 1+ years mentoring experience
