Job Summary
Senior Account Executive responsible for managing the commercial relationship with existing customers and prospects, selling a cloud-based payments platform, and driving revenue growth. Formulates and executes a sales strategy within an assigned territory, presents to key stakeholders including C-level executives, creates winning proposals, leads deal negotiations, and nurtures relationships to ensure long-term success. Requires fluency with technology concepts (cloud, microservices, APIs) and experience selling to large financial institutions; hunter mindset with a focus on pipeline growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, this is a remote position with potential requirement to visit Visa offices as needed. The role emphasizes articulation of platform differentiators, use of CRM tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and CRM tooling
- Experience with new revenue in the territory, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction
- Experience in technical sales and working with card processors or financial institutions
