Job Summary
Senior Account Executive for Fixed LPR Cameras at Axon to lead sales strategy, act as the technical authority on LPR product knowledge and data workflows, manage complex public-safety B2B sales cycles, deliver compelling demos and field proofs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue while engaging with law-enforcement customers across the country; travel 30-50% to customer sites and events to showcase Axon’s LPR technology and solutions, partnering with Key Account Leaders to close deals and expand reach.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
- Proven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota
- Strong technical aptitude — comfortable explaining camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to both IT and non-technical users
- Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape, including RFPs, budgets, and grants
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal
- High integrity, mission alignment, and the ability to build trust with law enforcement customers
- Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer sites, events, and demos
