Senior Account Executive

Job Summary
Senior Account Executive responsible for supporting Japan-focused clients with end-to-end account management and campaign execution. You will act as the Japan-focused account contact, coordinate media delivery, asset alignment, and delivery tracking, and maintain clear client communications. The role includes preparing campaign performance reports, generating case studies for sales and marketing use, supporting optimization and cross-team collaboration, and helping identify upsell and retention opportunities through campaign insights. Strong collaboration with regional teams, and fluency in Japanese with business-level English are required; Korean is a plus. The final title will be determined based on experience and capability.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in account management, client servicing, digital media, advertising, or a related field
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
- Korean is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Ad Operations, Strategy, and other internal teams
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of owning day-to-day client and campaign management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel and campaign performance data
- Interest in digital media, advertising, and client-facing campaign management
