Job Summary
Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Vorbeck O3 fluorine-free firefighting foam solutions within state, municipal, and public-sector markets. Focus on developing relationships with fire departments, airports, emergency response organizations, government agencies, and distribution partners; guide PFAS transition planning; execute territory sales strategies; generate new business through direct outreach, customer visits, industry events, and distributor/channel partnerships; manage procurement processes and contract vehicles; support product evaluations, site assessments, and training; maintain CRM data, provide forecasts, and travel ~30–50% to customer sites and events. Requires 5+ years in sales or related roles, Bachelor's degree preferred, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to convey technical product information to diverse audiences. Travel and in-office/hybrid work arrangement near Columbia, MD or Grand Forks, ND; relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles
- Experience selling to municipal, government, public safety, emergency response, fire protection, or related markets preferred
- Knowledge of public-sector procurement processes, cooperative purchasing programs, bids, and government purchasing cycles is preferred
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Established relationships within fire service/public safety/municipal markets desirable
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
