Job Summary
Execute strategic PR campaigns for lifestyle consumer accounts by driving media coverage, managing influencer relations, and supporting experiential activations from planning through execution. Serve as the primary client contact to anticipate needs, make recommendations, and maintain relationships with key personnel while mentoring direct reports and delegating project work. Develop creative tactical elements, compile proposals for new business pitches, and provide analysis of program results to ensure execution stays on-budget. Coordinate with integrated agency teams, partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes on-time.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or the like
- Three (3) to four (4) years' experience in a public relations agency or similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in sports, entertainment, music and culture, with an understanding of how these spaces create earned media opportunities for brands.
- Familiarity with football fandom, country culture and adjacent lifestyle communities.
- Experience supporting integrated PR, experiential and cultural marketing programs.
- Understanding of emerging cultural trends, creators, talent and media landscapes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships with media, partners, talent representatives and other external stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- at least three (3) years of experience in consumer product public relations
