Job Summary
Senior Account Executive for the Spanish market at Dcycle. You will be based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, driving end-to-end enterprise deals, building tailored proposals, and positioning Dcycle as the system of record for non-financial data in sustainability and ESG reporting. Responsibilities include shadowing live deals across stages, understanding CSRD and ESG reporting requirements, collaborating with SDRs to feed the pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and owning the adjustment of sales strategies to accelerate decision-making. By month three youโll understand the ESG landscape and our product, know how to navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees (CSOs, CFOs, sustainability managers, quality directors, compliance heads), and ship meaningful work such as closing deals or reshaping objection handling. You will manage discovery, quantify ROI, and use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline health, with a clear path to full ownership of your pipeline and territory within six months. The role requires native Spanish (or C2) and English (C1) proficiency, familiarity with mid-market/enterprise cycles, and a willingness to operate in a hybrid Madrid-based environment. The compensation structure includes a competitive salary with uncapped commissions and a focus on growth, ownership, and collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Exposure to mid-market and enterprise segments
- Strong command of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience working with SDR teams and managing inbound and outbound pipeline
- Ability to build compelling business cases and ROI narratives tailored to different buyer personas (CFOs, CSOs, compliance heads, sustainability managers, quality directors)
- Skilled in running structured discovery, identifying pain points, and creating urgency in buying processes
- Comfortable working with data to analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity
- Languages: Spanish: Native or C2; English: C1 minimum
Additional Requirements
- Cannot sponsor work permits
- Relocation to Madrid required
- First-month onsite in Madrid; after that hybrid/remote options as per team structure
