Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional sales experience; sports industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing systems; familiarity with Archtics is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
