Job Summary
Senior Account Executive responsible for the full sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting through discovery, demonstrations, value proposition development, negotiation, and closing net-new client contracts. Utilize MEDDIC framework to qualify opportunities, build ROI-based value propositions, deliver impactful product demonstrations, manage multi-stakeholder buying committees, and partner with marketing, product, and customer success to drive deal success. Demonstrates a disciplined, metrics-driven approach with a track record of closing complex SaaS CX-related deals and exceeding quota in a net-new logo hunter role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in Customer Experience (CX) or adjacent categories
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in net-new logo/hunter role
- Deep expertise in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC framework and application in live deals
- Experience selling into Mid-Market and/or Enterprise organizations
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, email, social selling)
- Structured, high-impact discovery process capabilities
- Excellent storytelling and value-based selling abilities
- Experience managing 2-3 month and 6-9 month complex B2B sales cycles
- Ability to forecast pipeline and revenue with disciplined CRM discipline
- Deal strategy and multi-threading expertise
- Ability to navigate complex buying committees and multi-threaded stakeholders
