Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive at RXO, you will sell brokerage services to existing and new customers, focusing on top-tier and strategic accounts while achieving personal sales targets. Key responsibilities include independently developing leads through cold calling, negotiating profitable rates with customers, and maintaining industry knowledge including load capacities and equipment. You will also collaborate with team members to secure terms of sale while serving as a resource for junior colleagues. To excel in this role, a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional sales experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of professional sales experience
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in transportation or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
