Job Summary

Senior Account Executive responsible for expanding the Fortune 2000 footprint with enterprise SaaS CX/Contact Center solutions. Drive new business opportunities, engage C-level stakeholders, and articulate value of AI-enabled CX tools. Develop and execute sales strategies (prefer MEDDPIC), build and maintain a strong pipeline, collaborate with product and marketing for messaging alignment, and consistently achieve/exceed quotas through effective forecasting. Requires in-depth knowledge of CX/contact center domains, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on enterprise value delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years in direct enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven track record in CX or contact center domains
  • Net new business hunting experience
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes; MEDDPIC training desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
