Senior Account Executive - Payments & Payout Infrastructure

Job Summary
Senior Account Executive for Talentir's enterprise fintech/payments infrastructure. Close enterprise deals ranging from multi-million to multi-hundred-million annual payout volume, run full-cycle enterprise sales, navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees (CFO, COO, Head of Finance), and coordinate with engineering to implement the SDK. Emphasizes selling a real technical differentiator, high autonomy, and building a scalable sales machine in a seed-stage company. Experience selling to CFOs/treasury leads, understanding payout pain (late settlements, VAT exposure), and the ability to operate in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment. Nice-to-have: German-speaking capability. Location: Vienna, Austria with hybrid remote option.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales in fintech, payment infrastructure, or compliance SaaS
