Job Summary
Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Vorbeck O3 fluorine-free firefighting foam solutions within the oil & gas, petrochemical, terminal, refinery, and industrial markets. Develop and execute territory sales strategies, generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, customer visits, events, demonstrations, and distributor partnerships, and build/maintain relationships with EHS leaders, fire protection managers, operations leaders, engineering teams, procurement stakeholders, distributors, and channel partners. Support product evaluations, site assessments, and implementation planning while addressing operational, environmental, and regulatory considerations. Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to communicate customer feedback and market trends, represent Vorbeck at conferences and industry events, and manage CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline. Travel 30–50% with in-office preference near Grand Forks, ND or Columbia, MD; remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 5+ years of sales/BD/AM experience; experience in firefighting foam or related industries is highly desirable; strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and CRM skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related role
- Experience in firefighting foam, oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial chemicals, or related industries preferred
- Proven success selling to refinery, petrochemical, terminal, industrial, energy, or related markets preferred
- Travel required approximately 30–50%
