Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive at CorePlan, you will drive customer acquisition and manage the full sales cycle, utilizing a consultative, SPICED-driven approach. Responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting discovery to align solutions with operational challenges, delivering compelling demos, and mentoring team members. You are expected to demonstrate a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or the mining/industrial sector, and possess strong sales skills and experience with sales methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS and/or Mining/Industrial sectors
- Proven success in mid-market or multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas
- Strong discovery, presentation, and closing abilities with a consultative mindset
- Experience mentoring or informally leading peers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar methodologies
- Exposure to mining, drilling, or field-service workflows
