Job Summary
Senior Account Executive, National Accounts and Strategic Partners, onsite in Miami, responsible for supervising and executing marketing plans for National Accounts and Strategic Partners. Manages project execution for key marketing assets, ensuring consistency of brand messaging across channels, and supports relationship management with accounts from a marketing perspective. Oversees end-to-end project coordination, cross-functional alignment, vendor management, and timeline oversight; utilizes data analytics and marketing tools to drive plan results. Develops content for travel agencies, landing pages, direct mailers, emails, social posts, flyers, and other B2B/B2C assets; adapts global campaigns for national accounts and consortia; coordinates distribution of materials; tracks performance metrics and prepares insights for senior leadership; supports events and trade shows and maintains an organized asset library.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management (travel or cruise industry preferred).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, print, social, email).
- Comfort working with data, campaign performance reporting, and translating insights into action.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Wrike or similar tools preferred.
