Job Summary
Deliver against fiscal and strategic objectives by building, deepening, and expanding relationships across marketing agencies and brands, with a focus on the WPP ecosystem to unlock new opportunities. Maintain sales forecasting tools and reporting while working with local Trading and Account Management teams to organize stakeholders and milestones for client objectives. Create pipeline through consistent outbound effort, strong follow-up, and purposeful relationship building, identifying business challenges that MiQ solutions can solve. Stay close to the market to spot openings early and turn conversations into qualified opportunities. MiQ is a global programmatic media partner connecting data sources to help clients optimize media investments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic and/or AdTech
- Meaningful agency-facing sales experience
- Deep, established relationships within WPP agencies
- Credibility and commercial instinct to turn connections into growth
- High degree of self-motivation, ownership and resourcefulness
- Ability to operate like an independent business owner
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills
- Proactive, high-energy approach with strong follow-through
- Ability to move quickly, create traction and keep opportunities advancing
- True new-business mindset: comfortable prospecting, opening doors, creating momentum and staying on opportunities until they convert
- Discipline to manage a high level of activity, keep multiple conversations moving and consistently push for next steps
