Job Summary
Senior Account Executive (Insurance Broker) responsible for placement of new business from Agent referrals and management of an existing portfolio focused on property & casualty, providing high-level client service, technical review of insurance programs, and ensuring compliance with quality and E&O policies. Develop and maintain relationships with Agents, clients, and underwriters; manage the full life cycle of placement to renewal, including gathering renewal information, mid-term transactions, and policy documentation. Maintain knowledge of relevant insurance legislation and offer sound technical and administrative support while delivering value through accurate documentation and regular client interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with a portfolio of property and/or casualty
- Broking or underwriting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective decision-making and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Tier 1 FSRA accreditation
