Job Summary
Senior Account Executive responsible for inbound sales with parents and students, owning relationships from first touch to enrollment, guiding program selections, refining follow-up strategies to maximize conversion, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, counseling, and finance, and leveraging HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle and forecast enrollments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+);
- Excellent communication skills (presenting, writing, speaking)
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably HubSpot
- Comfort with data and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Nice to Have: Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales
