Job Summary
The Senior Account Executive will serve as an influencer and social media specialist within the Health & Life Sciences practice, executing best-in-class influencer relations strategies. This role requires hands-on experience in influencer program strategy execution, including identification, negotiation, and content direction. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of integrated marketing communications and have experience working in healthcare, pharma, or biotech sectors. Excellent relationship management skills and a proactive approach to teamwork are essential. A keen insight into healthcare regulations and the ability to devise effective content and campaigns across various platforms is required. Additionally, candidates should have a track record of success in managing influencer partnerships and analyzing their effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of integrated marketing and/or communications experience at an agency working with healthcare, pharma, biotech, or personal health accounts
- 1-2 years of hands-on influencer program strategy and execution
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end influencer relations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Understanding of integrated communications plans
- Content planning and storytelling experience
- Strong understanding of industry regulatory and promotional rules
- Experience with negotiation and contracting process
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to give strategic direction to influencers
