Job Summary
Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a global sales organization managing a focused portfolio of top-ten banks and Fortune 100 accounts. Own multi-year strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with C-level and LOB leaders, and lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing). Develop and grow a high-quality pipeline of net-new logos and expansion opportunities, demonstrate ROI and business impact, articulate differentiators against incumbents, and execute thoughtful deal strategies with partner leverage. Maintain forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene while traveling as required to support engagements. Seek candidates with 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, a strong executive network in financial services, proven ability to close complex transactions, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC qualification discipline, and a Bachelor’s degree. Remote-friendly culture and OTE up to 300,000–340,000 USD are noted. This role emphasizes ecosystem collaboration, co-sell motions, and a strategic, consultative approach to AI platform sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling complex software platforms (AI, data, analytics, ML, or adjacent enterprise technology) into large enterprises
- Strong qualification discipline (MEDDICC / MEDDPICC or similar)
- Proven ability to design, navigate, and close complex, multi-stakeholder transactions with long sales cycles
- Consistent track record of overachieving quota and winning high-value opportunities
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with structure and momentum
- Collaborative, ecosystem-oriented mindset with ownership
- Excellent executive-level communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
