Senior Account Executive - Financial Lines Insurance

Senior Account Executive role within Howden Ireland's Financial Lines team, responsible for managing a portfolio of Financial Lines clients, delivering expert advice on Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers, Cyber, Crime and related Financial Lines products, developing new business, renewing client relationships, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The role requires negotiating terms and premiums with insurer partners, preparing market submissions, and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers across professional service firms, technology, healthcare, construction or corporate clients, while ensuring regulatory and internal governance standards are met. The candidate will provide technical guidance to colleagues, mentor junior team members, and support the team lead in developing processes and service delivery. CIP qualification and the ability to work in a hybrid setup are noted, with emphasis on independent work while contributing to team objectives.
