Job Summary
Senior Account Executive to drive organic growth for Eurofins Environment Testing in the Northern California region. Responsible for mentoring assigned Account Executives, partnering with operations and marketing to implement strategic plans, maintaining productive client relationships, and expanding revenue. Develops and updates sales plans, forecasts, and budgets; negotiates Master Service Agreements; develops client profiles and identifies opportunities; qualifies, tracks, and closes leads; manages pricing, bids, quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations; tracks accounts receivable and ensures customer satisfaction; communicates market needs to internal teams and supports cross-functional collaboration to meet regional revenue quotas. Strong emphasis on sales strategy, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination with customer service managers and project managers. Requirements include a BS/BA in Science or related field, at least 5 years of sales/sales management experience (environmental industry preferred), lab experience, English proficiency, and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience, preferably in the environmental laboratory business
- Lab experience and/or exposure to the environmental industry
- Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, and speak)
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
