Senior Account Executive

Job Summary
Senior Account Executive role responsible for acquiring new brand partners and expanding Material Bank's Europe partner ecosystem. Lead consultative sales conversations aligning brand goals with platform capabilities, tailor pitches to partner objectives, and manage the sales cycle from initial conversation through contract execution. Develop deep relationships with brands, executives, and decision-makers; ensure strong onboarding and long-term success by collaborating with internal teams. Contribute market insights to shape sales strategy and messaging; support scaling of the European sales organization through process improvements. The role is UK-based (London preferred, open to other major UK cities) with extensive travel across Europe (approximately 50%–70%), involving face-to-face interactions, on-site meetings, and participation in industry events to earn trust and move opportunities forward.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Architect & Design industry or closely related sales roles (material manufacturer, design-focused organization, or adjacent sales)
- Established network and reputation within European A&D and brand manufacturing communities
- Strong executive presence with ability to communicate with senior leaders
- Proven success in relationship-driven, consultative selling and new business development (mid-market and enterprise)
- Experience owning full sales cycle from prospecting through close with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
