Job Summary
Senior Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS focused on driving full-cycle enterprise sales within a defined regional territory for a digital experience platform suite (CMS, DAM, CCM, and customer engagement). You will manage 6–18 month sales cycles, build and execute strategic account plans to win new logos and expand existing footprint, guide complex buying decisions across digital, marketing, operations, and IT, lead discovery, ROI/value modeling, proposals and executive presentations, develop pipeline via outbound and inbound efforts, coordinate with pre-sales/marketing/legal/delivery for seamless deal execution, and maintain forecasts to hit multi-million-dollar revenue targets. The role requires 5–10+ years in B2B software sales, familiarity with digital experience/martech platforms, a proven quota-record in complex sales, a consultative, strategic approach capable of engaging C-level stakeholders, proficiency with MEDDIC/Challenger/Sandler, and willingness to travel 10–20%. Bachelor’s degree preferred. The compensation includes a base salary in the $130k–$150k range plus OTE in the $250k–$300k+ range, and home office/remote work support.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of B2B software sales experience
- strong track record in enterprise or mid-market SaaS
- deep familiarity with digital experience, martech, CMS, DAM, CCM, and personalization platforms
- history of exceeding quota in a complex/solution-based sales environment
- consultative, strategic approach with ability to lead C-level conversations
- fluency in MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, or similar frameworks
- strong collaboration and communication skills; able to marshal internal resources
- regional travel ability (10–20%)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
