Job Summary
Senior Account Executive responsible for owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close, selling directly to performance marketers, brand advertisers, and media buyers, and partnering cross-functionally with executive, creator, and product teams to shape go-to-market strategy. Educate buyers on creator-driven, AI-powered media as the next frontier of programmatic. Requires 8–15 years in digital media sales with a proven quota-attainment record, comfortable handling six-figure ACVs and complex deals, and the ability to work on-site five days a week in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Compensation includes base salary and uncapped OTE with equity; location is NYC, on-site in Brooklyn.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years in digital media sales
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into startups or high-growth orgs
- Comfortable managing six-figure ACVs and complex deal cycles
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days/week in NYC (Williamsburg)
