Job Summary
Senior Account Executive to drive growth across the DACH region for Tandem Health, representing a clinician-focused health-tech platform to providers, partners, and health systems. You will acquire new customers in healthcare through cold calling, scheduling appointments, delivering product presentations, and closing deals; represent Tandem at trade fairs and events; build relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers; plan and execute sales initiatives to penetrate the German healthcare market; collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer success to incorporate market feedback; utilize CRM tools to track leads and maintain transparent sales management; work with leadership to refine sales strategy and target segments. Requirements include sales experience in SaaS/healthcare, strong presentation and negotiation skills, German and English fluency, and an independent, collaborative working style. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Munich and other clinicians across the DACH region.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or healthcare
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High initiative with a structured work approach
- Native level German and fluent English
- Independent operator who collaborates with cross-functional teams
