Job Summary
Senior Account Executive DACH responsible for building and growing new business in the DACH market, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and expansion, and developing a strong pipeline with mid-sized and enterprise customers. Lead Circular IT Group’s positioning as a trusted partner for circular IT solutions, collaborate with marketing and inside sales on leads and campaigns, and consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. Requires 5+ years in B2B sales, fluency in German and English, ability to close high-value deals, and a consultative selling approach. Based in or willing to work from the Amsterdam region. IT/hardware or tech-services experience is a plus. Offer includes a base salary of €4,000-€5,000 per month (€48,000-€60,000 annually) with uncapped performance bonuses and OTE; senior role with ownership on an international scale-up; training and support; inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in complex sales and closing high-value deals
- Independent, proactive, commercially sharp
- Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach
