Job Summary
Senior Account Executive for Comcast Business SMB responsible for selling Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses with a focus on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location opportunities). Lead face-to-face sales presentations, promote bundled products for optimal solutions, and aim to exceed departmental targets. Develop local partnerships and maintain sales records while building a robust pipeline through prospecting (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships). Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction and revenue growth; stay informed on Comcast products and services to inform sales efforts and territory planning. Demonstrates adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer-focused mindset, and professional integrity to drive results and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or related field
- Ability to sell multiple service offerings (Internet, Data, Video, Voice) to SMBs
- Experience with territory development and pipeline management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales processes and CRM tools
