Job Summary
Senior Account Executive role focused on generating and closing new business for Luzern Risk in the insurance tech space. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, build and manage a personal pipeline, and articulate the value of the Luzern Risk platform to C-level finance and risk executives. The ideal candidate is a tenacious hunter with executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to quarterback cross-functional teams (Risk Solutions group) to deliver bespoke, data-driven solutions. Must be capable of operating in a high-growth startup environment, meeting and exceeding quota, and developing a book of business from the ground up.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a full-cycle, closing role in mid-market or enterprise B2B sales
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota in a complex selling environment (e.g., financial services, insurance, enterprise SaaS, fintech)
- Experience selling to C-level finance or risk management executives is highly preferred
