Job Summary
Senior Account Executive role within Square's Outbound Sales Team focused on the restaurant vertical. You will create and execute outbound strategies, source leads, conduct discovery calls and demos, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including onboarding coordination. The role emphasizes new logo acquisition, relationship-building with merchants, and achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs. Requires 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, a BA/BS or relevant experience, Salesforce proficiency, and a proven track record of closing complex deals. Remote-friendly with a San Francisco, CA remote placement and collaboration with Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to tailor Square's ecosystem to merchant needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role
- A BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Demonstrated exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals
- The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Business development experience (e.g. new logo sourcing and acquisition)
- Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent
- A collaborative and team player mentality
